SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Customized items typically require 3-5 business days for production before shipping. Non-customized items ship within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Tracking Information Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Delivery Times Delivery times vary by location:
- Domestic (US): 3-7 business days after shipment
- Exact delivery estimates are provided at checkout
Carrier Responsibility Once your package is scanned and accepted by the carrier, Mom, Son & The Four Paws is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, and refunds will not be issued for these cases.
Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
