REFUND POLICY
Customized Products Due to the personalized nature of our custom drinkware, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on customized items unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Non-Customized Products Returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery for non-customized items in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll provide a replacement or full refund.
Return Process To initiate a return, contact us with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
