Returns on non customized products are 21 days from item delivery.

Mom, Son & The Four Paws is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen damaged packages OR damaged cups once your package is scanned by the mail carrier. If package is lost, please file a claim with the mail carrier. If customer has failed to enter the correct address or leave it incomplete, you will NOT receive a refund.
